Welcome to the Seaside Municipal Airport Web Page. This site is maintained by the Friends of Seaside Airport, an informal group consisting of both pilots and non-pilots, with a common interest in the preservation and promotion of Seaside Municipal Airport.*
	Seaside's airport is a small paved airstrip, generally usable by light single engine and twin aircraft only. The airport is situated between the charming northern Oregon coastal communites of Seaside and Gearhart, and is easily accessible to both. It is also the closest airport to Cannon Beach. There are several attractions within walking distance to the airport.

Fly-in visitors, please fly friendly and observe the published noise abatement procedure on departure (maintain runway heading to 1000' before making turns). No early turnouts, no low passes, and respect the wildlife protection zones along the coast. Let the local business know that you FLEW in, to heighten awareness in the town of the value of the airport. And don't forget to sign the register! And if you have more than a passing interest in the airport, you may want to consider signing up for the Seaside Airport email list.
