Seaside Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the city of Seaside, Oregon. The city's Public Works director serves as the airport manager, and routine maintenance is handled by the city's street department.
An airport advisory committee, consisting of nine members of the community appointed by the city council, acts as an advisory body to the council, city manager and city staff on issues regarding airport planning, safety, and other issues. The committee currently meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month, every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 6:00 P.M. at the Council chambers in Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway. Meeting times and dates are subject to change; check this website or contact Seaside City Hall to verify meeting dates/times/locations. All meetings are open to the public.

The city of Seaside has cancelled all committee meetings through April. However in lieu of a committee meeting, any airport tenants, pilots, visitors, and anyone else who is interested are invited to get together online on Tuesday April 7 at 6:00 P.M. to hang out and talk about all things airport. This get-together will be accessible to all via the ZOOM online platform. If you don't have a computer you can still join by phone. Instructions will be emailed to everyone on our email list. If you're not on the list, send a request for instructions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
